PRICING:

retail pricing may not undercut our MSRP. all items must be priced at or above our retail prices. 

 

RETAILERS:

retailers may not sell our products on any third party platforms such as but not limited to Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, or Walmart. 

 

PRIVATE LABEL:

all products will be shipped with warning labels only. all warning labels will include our website / logo and manufacture location, as required by law.

your label must include product and weight, as required by law.

example: coconut soy candle 7.5 oz | 212 g

design labeling is available upon request.

 

*private label pricing is different from wholesale pricing. 

 

PAYMENT, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS:

payment is due at the time of order. all wholesale / private label orders are final. orders may not be cancelled once shipped. for damages please email christina@enkindledcandles.com with proof of damage within 7 days of delivery.

 

SHIPPING:

retailers are responsible for shipping. once order is ready to ship, we will send an invoice for shipping. we ship via UPS. we have no control over packages once in transit. we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. if packages get lost or stolen, please contact shipping provider and have tracking number available to file a claim.
